About us
Veteran-owned. Family-run. Built for large losses.
Based in Gainesville and serving North Georgia around the clock, with catastrophe response in Southwest Florida.
Complete Water Removal and Restoration is a veteran- and family-owned disaster recovery company based at 7620 Bethel Road in Gainesville, Georgia. For more than fifteen years we have handled water damage, mold, sewage, asbestos and the rebuild that follows, for homeowners, landlords, property managers, businesses and the insurance adjusters who need a contractor that shows up and documents everything.
We are an IICRC Certified Firm, certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau, and licensed in Georgia as a contractor and master plumber and in Florida as a building and roofing contractor. That mix is unusual on purpose: when a loss involves plumbing, structure, asbestos in an older home and a rebuild, you are dealing with one licensed company instead of four.
How we work
- A person answers. Day or night, (678) 558-3995 reaches someone who can dispatch a crew from Gainesville, not a voicemail.
- We stop the damage first. Finding and stopping the source, then extraction, happens on the first visit.
- We deal directly with your insurance company. Photos, thermal images, moisture logs and estimates in the format adjusters expect. Large-loss claims are our specialty.
- One team through the rebuild. The crew that dries your home is the team that puts it back together.
Who leads the work
John W. Henderson, President, is a large-loss catastrophe specialist who has spent his career on the hard jobs: commercial buildings, multi-family properties, storm and hurricane response. He is the person homeowners talk to on the phone and the person adjusters call back.
